These are early cost estimates an are generally based on historical costs. These types are applicable at the programming, pre, and schematic phases of design.
Assemblies Estimate
At the design/ development phase, these type estimates are typically organized by Uniformat II.
Unit Price Estimates
Unit Price estimates are very detailed, organized by CSI MASTERFORMAT and are applicable at the construction document, bidding, and construction administration phases of design.
